Intro

Our retreat hosts for this weekend will be Jennifer and Mike Laur, a 100% raw vegan couple and the owners of Raw Love, Live Food Catering.

Jen and Mike are lengendary for their mountain of knowledge, loving demeanours, and mouth-watering recipes.

Mike’s raw chocolate bars taste between a fudge and a firm chocolate bar, and he infuses them with amazing ingredients like reishi, maca, and vanilla.

Mike’s raw pizza is the best raw pizza we have ever tasted – it tops what you’d get in New York, LA, or Boston.

Jen is excellent at making raw “comfort food” such as Shepherd’s Pie – out of this world.

The menu that they have designed for the weekend is absolutely to die for (click to enlarge).
