I have a rough family history of disease. My mother was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve lost plenty of folks to diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
For 7 years, I searched the world for health research in order to find the absolute healthiest way to live. Read volumes of books, biology and nutrition textbooks, and called up professors.
After years of searching, I finally discovered the raw food movement in California.
I gave it a shot. Within a month of eating 100% raw, any negative thoughts I had evaporated.
In the place where they had resided, new thoughts entered of supreme happiness and unwavering confidence. I felt happy all the time, for no reason. I was in love with everything and everyone. It was a different feeling – almost like I had been sitting indoors for my whole life, and the one day, decided to go outside and see the sun for the first time.
They call it the “raw high.”
I started to meet others, who, having adopted the raw lifestyle, had healed themselves of many ailments through food alone: stage 4 cancer, type 1 and 2 diabetes, depression, anxiety, wrinkles, gray hair, anemia… The list continues to grow.
I told my mother about it. She substituted 50% of her diet with raw foods and some of her wrinkles cleared up. She looked years younger.
I felt so passionate about the world of real health that I decided to do it full-time.
I now educate people about the specific changes in diet they can make that will take years off of their bodies: their outer appearance, inner energy levels, and overall strong mental capacity and self esteem.
